ORPOLA STUDIO · THE PROCESS
Istanbul · Tashkent · Worldwide
PROCESS · FIXED BUDGET · FIXED DEADLINE

You see the film before production starts.

Classic production sells you a process and hopes you like the result. We invert it: you approve the film at the previz stage — before the production budget is spent. Every stage below is a promise, printed in public.

Day 0

Brief

A 15-minute quiz — not a discovery call, not a workshop. You describe the task, the market and the deadline. We answer with a fixed quote within 24 hours: price, timeline, deliverables. If the numbers don't work for you, you've lost fifteen minutes, not a month of meetings.

Days 1–3

Previz — 72 hours

Creative concept, references, moodboard and an AI animatic of 30–60 seconds — your film, breathing, before production. You approve the film before paying for production. The previz fee is fully credited toward the film. If we're not a match — you keep everything we made.

Weeks 1–4

Production

Shooting where the camera matters, generation where it doesn't. Real camera for human emotion, generation for impossible worlds, CGI for product perfection. You watch the film take shape in a shared progress board — every stage visible, nothing happens in a black box.

Rounds 1–2

Revisions

Two rounds are included. Here is the difference nobody in classic production can repeat: a generative revision costs hours, not shooting days. "Make the light warmer" is an afternoon, not a re-rented studio. Additional rounds are billed hourly — transparently.

Final

Master

All formats: 16:9 · 9:16 · 1:1 · 4:5, color-graded with the studio's signature, sound-designed, delivered with sources. Rights are written plainly in the contract: the result is yours; the pipeline and prompt libraries remain the studio's craft.

Why we can promise this

Previz before contract

You never buy a production blind. The animatic is the film's rough draft — you approve it, then we build it. Risk moves from you to the process.

Fixed quote, printed prices

The public price list filters the conversation before it starts. No estimates that grow, no hourly surprises: one number, one deadline, signed.

A director answers for it

Every project is signed «An Orpola film · directed by Fuadbey». Dramaturgy, framing and rhythm are not generated — they are directed, and someone's name stands behind them.

Questions we hear first

Who owns the rights to an AI-assisted film?

You do. The contract states it plainly: the client receives the result and its usage rights; the studio keeps its pipeline and prompt libraries. Music for broadcast is licensed — for on-air campaigns we clear rights the classic way.

What if I don't like the previz?

Then we make another one — different. The previz includes two genuinely different directions, not one idea in two colours; you choose a direction and we refine it twice, inside the same fee. If after that it still isn't your film, say so within five days and we refund the full $990 — the materials then stay with the studio. One boundary keeps the promise real: revisions live inside the brief you approved. A new product or a new audience is a new previz, and we will say so plainly. All of this exists so that disappointment costs $990 instead of $20,000.

Is it all generated? Will it look «AI»?

No. We shoot and we generate — and we know which is cheaper and stronger for every shot. Human emotion is filmed with a real camera; impossible worlds are generated; the grade is done by hand. The result is directed cinema, whatever tool made each frame.

How can you be 3–5× faster than a production house?

Because image production — sets, rigs, rentals, crews — is where classic budgets and calendars live. Generation removes those days where the camera isn't essential, and previz removes the re-shoots. Directing time stays exactly the same; waiting time disappears.

Do you work white-label with agencies?

Yes, under NDA — we stay behind the scenes, the quality goes on air under your name. Volume terms exist from two projects per month. Ask for the agency deck.
